Refund Policy
1) Services
All service sales are final once the service has been performed. If something isn’t right, please email or text within 48 hours so we can assess and, at our discretion, provide a reasonable fix or adjustment at a follow-up visit.
2) Retail products

Change-of-mind: Unopened, unused retail items in original packaging may be exchanged or returned for studio credit within 14 days of purchase with receipt.

Defective or misdescribed items: If a product is defective or not as described, contact us within 14 days for an exchange or refund as required by law.
When a refund is issued, any collected sales tax on the returned item is refunded in the same transaction.
3) Gift cards & e-certificates
Our gift cards don’t expire and don’t carry fees. Lost or stolen cards are not replaceable.
4) Memberships (Glow Club)
All Membership plans auto-renew monthly. You can cancel up to 7 days before your next bill date. Membership fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle starts. Unused tans follow the rollover rules stated in the membership terms. Unused waxing services do not roll over.
5) Mobile, parties & mileage
Call-out/mileage charges and per-guest party fees are non-refundable after the cancellation window stated in your confirmation. For events reduced below the minimum headcount, fees may be adjusted per the party terms.
6) Digital items
Downloads or digital guides are final sale upon delivery/access.
7) How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method (or as studio credit, if you prefer). Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card issuer to post the credit.
8) Chargebacks
We’re happy to help, please contact us first to resolve any issue. If a payment dispute (chargeback) is filed without prior contact, access to future bookings may be limited while the claim is reviewed.
