Booking & Cancellation Policy
BOOKING POLICY
To book an appointment with The Skin Haus, a completed waiver and a valid card on file are required prior to your scheduled service.
Appointments are reserved specifically for you. Please arrive on time and prepared for your service, following any pre-appointment instructions listed in Prep Care.

The Skin Haus maintains a professional, respectful environment at all times. Inappropriate behavior, comments, or actions of any kind will not be tolerated. If a service must be ended early due to inappropriate behavior, 50% of the service total will still be charged, and you will be permanently restricted from booking future appointments.

For the safety, comfort, and integrity of the studio, The Skin Haus reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.

By booking with The Skin Haus, you acknowledge and agree to these booking policies.
Cancellation Policy
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 6 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the price of your scheduled appointment. We kindly ask that any changes or cancellations be made at least 6 hours in advance to avoid fees and to allow others the opportunity to book.
Cancellations made with less than 6 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total.
No-shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total.
Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or a need to reschedule and may still be subject to the cancellation fee.
We understand that life happens, please communicate as soon as possible if something comes up.
