Booking & Cancellation Policy

BOOKING POLICY

To book an appointment with The Skin Haus, a completed waiver and valid card on file are required prior to your scheduled service.

Appointments are reserved specifically for you. Please arrive on time and prepared for your service, following any pre-appointment instructions listed in Prep Care.

Clients arriving 10+ minutes late may need to have their service shortened or rescheduled and may still be subject to the cancellation fee. After two appointments arriving 10+ minutes late, a $15 deposit will be required for future bookings. If you arrive on time, the deposit will be applied toward your service total. If you arrive 10+ minutes late again, the deposit will be forfeited.

If you are experiencing symptoms of illness, please reschedule your appointment. For the safety of all clients, The Skin Haus reserves the right to refuse service to anyone arriving visibly sick, and cancellation fees may apply.

Appointment changes and cancellations must be made through Vagaro unless there is an emergency.

The Skin Haus maintains a professional, respectful environment at all times. Inappropriate behavior, comments, or actions will not be tolerated. If a service is ended early due to inappropriate behavior, 50% of the service total will still be charged, and future bookings will no longer be permitted.

For the safety, comfort, and integrity of the studio, The Skin Haus reserves the right to refuse service at any time.

Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask that cancellations or appointment changes be made at least 6 hours before your scheduled appointment to avoid fees and allow availability for other clients.

Cancellations made with less than 6 hours’ notice and no-shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total.

Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or a need to reschedule and may still be subject to the cancellation fee.

We understand that life happens and appreciate communication as soon as possible if something comes up.
